We're hiring a Social Media Manager!

EBWPR is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the UK team.

The successful candidate will work with a variety of health and beauty clients from leading specialists to award-winning cosmeceutical skincare lines to cult beauty brands that the editors love! There is a lot of scope to develop in the role.

Are you creative, ideas driven, social media obsessed and great at multi-tasking?

As Social Media Manager you will play a key role in creating, curating and delivering content on behalf of our diverse portfolio of leading B2B and B2C beauty and aesthetic clients.


  • Developing strong and relevant social media calendars that include engaging competitions and campaigns to increase audience growth and engagement

  • Managing Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest at a professional level for multiple clients

  • Planning, editing and scheduling exciting and creative content for use across social channels

  • Community management and community engagement

  • Monitoring, maintaining and strengthening consistent online brand identity

  • Handling social media promotions and paid advertising

  • Hosting competitions and prize draws online

  • Reviewing and reporting on content performance

  • Utilising influencer relationships and building on your contacts

  • Managing Influencer campaigns and negotiating partnerships

  • Some media relations and event support

  • Managing the small support team


  • Active professional user of all key social media platforms

  • Comfortable within a fast-paced agency environment

  • Have ideally at least 12 months working in a similar role

  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing and design processes

  • Expert knowledge of leveraging social media for business

  • Experience in content management platforms

  • Must be able to use all relevant computer programmes: Canva, Microsoft Office, Creative Cloud. We use MAC computers

  • Ability to use professional photography equipment is a bonus!

  • A keen eye for design and interest in photography or film

  • Good communicator

  • Good writing skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work well as part of a team

  • Knowledge and passion for skincare and skincare products

  • Efficient and organised with excellent time management skills

  • Ability to effectively work to tight deadlines, stay calm under pressure, juggle client work - yet keep up good quality work!

To summarise, we are looking for someone who is bursting with ideas, self-motivated, hard-working, proactive, results-driven and has outstanding social media skills.

The role is flexible and can include PR duties if you prefer a hybrid role of social media and PR.

Offices hours: 9am – 6pm with an hour for lunch, but can be longer at busy times and during event periods.

Salary: competitive, depending on experience and ability to meet all the requirements

Holiday: 22 days paid holiday per year
